With over 20 years of automotive accounting experience, I've had the privilege of working across both coasts, inside large dealer groups and family-owned single-point stores, with new car franchises and independent used car operations alike. That breadth of experience means I've seen almost every challenge a dealership's back office can face - and developed the instincts to solve them quickly.
The Rose Ledger Co. was born from a simple belief: that experienced controller-level talent shouldn't be limited to one store. I started this practice because I wanted to do more - to bring senior financial leadership to more dealers, more teams, and more situations where it can make a real difference.
I'm focused, plan-driven, and deliberate in everything I do.
